Do not ask additional questions about the tenant as we will not answer them. Property has steep, short driveway and is on cesspool. The REMAINDERMAN position being sold requires: the upkeep of the structure and primary maintenance of the house, Payment of RE taxes, Payment of insurance, Repair of appliances. Life estate tenant responsible for: Insuring their personal property and indemnifying remainderman from liability of Tenant and tenants guests, Payment of utilities. Offer to include: The court ordered sale of the remainderman interest in the property may be delayed, withdrawn or stopped at any time and that Seller, Seller's agent, brokerage firm and anyone involved in any way is not responsible if the court ordered sale is terminated for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
